Launcher Bug? - Freestyle R.O.S.E

Not sure what the hell is wrong with my launcher but if I open it I get 4 messages that say:

Failed to open file for writing
Failed to download news
Failed to open file for writing
Failed to download update data

Any way to fix this?

If you are running windows Vista please run it as administrator right click it and run as adminstrator the icon on your Desktop of F.R.O.S.E
